It seems spring is finally here in Changsha, although the spring festival was celebrated a long time ago. The weather is getting a bit warmer and the sun does come out at times.

Mardi Gras Carnival in Brazil
One of the most lavish carnivals celebrated early March. Parades with colorful and extravagant floats and beautiful costumes are seen all around with people dancing in the streets the whole day and night
Orange Throwing Festival in Italy
If you’re not afraid of a little mess, a little washing up later and love oranges, this is the place to be. You will get to throw oranges at whomever you like and in case you don’t want to participate and just observe, wear a red a cap.
Las Fallas – Valencia, Spain
During this festival you will see hundreds of papier-mâché puppets filling this amazing Spanish city. The irony of it all is that it takes months of great effort and costs serious money to build these puppets just to be lit on fire during the fireworks display
Songkran, Thailand
In April Thailand will celebrate the coming monsoon season, with a festival called Songkran. You will see people with water guns spraying water on everyone who walks past. So get ready to be soaked and don’t forget to carry as much water with you as you can. FIGHT BACK!!
Quebec Carnival, Canada
Experience the arctic spas and dog sleigh rides along with snow sculptures, canoe dogsled races. This carnival is known to be the largest carnival in the world and is third on the List of Top Carnivals after the Carnival in Rio and New Orleans.
