The exhibition hall is located in the Juzhou Inn of the Orange Isle Scenic Area. The inn is the former residence of Zhang Xiaozhun, a famous historical figure of the Revolution of 1911. It has 2,023 square meters divided between the main building and the annex building. The first floor of the main building is the main exhibition area, and the second floor is the temporary exhibition area and exhibition area for cultural and creative products. The annex building includes a theater. It mainly displays traditional dramas, music, and folk arts, and provides traditional snacks with Changsha characteristics for visitors.
The museum has a collection of more than a thousand intangible cultural heritage exhibits and with more than 70 representative intangible cultural heritage projects.
The exhibition hall combines traditional culture with modern technology. It is a living exhibition hall that integrates and promotes cultural appreciation, recreation, learning, taste-testing, and sales.

Every Tuesday to Sunday (9:00-17:00)
Last entry at 16:00 every day
Closed on Monday (except statutory holidays).
Ways to visit
After passing the security check with a second-generation ID card, the audience can enter the exhibition hall.
Free and open to the public. 
Minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult or a group.

Visiting routes
Bus lines
Take Bus No. 1, 11, 222, 368, 406, 707, 804, or 901 to the stop East of the Juzizhou Bridge, then walk west, and take a sight-seeing mini-train or walk to the exhibition hall according to the road signs.
Take Lishan Special Line, Bus No. 3, 6, 12, 18, 106, 109, 314, 317, or 358 to the stop at Huatu Education (Taiping Street), then walk west, and take a sight-seeing mini-train or walk to the exhibition hall according to the road signs.

Subways
Take Subway Line 2 to get off at the Juzizhou Station, and then take a sight-seeing mini-train or walk to the exhibition hall according to the road signs.
Flight transit
Take an airport bus, then Subway Line 2 to get off at the Juzizhou Station and take a sight-seeing mini-train or walk to the exhibition hall according to the road signs.
