Job Description
Pepper International is a cultural company specialized in international cultural exchanges. Our business scope covers translation, interpreting, cultural exchanges, foreign languages training, etc.

Main Responsibilities
-Maximum of 25 teaching hours per week
-Maximum of 15 admin hours per week
-Student age: 3 to 12 years old
-Class size: maximum of 12 students per class
-Lesson planning
-Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
-Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes, conversation clubs, tutorials, seminars and presentations
-Attend centre social events

Compensation
-Excellent base salary: 12,000 – 15,000 RMB per month
-Free accommodation provided
-Airfare allowance provided on contract completion: 5,000 RMB
-Arrival hotel stay provided
-Lunch and dinner provided during working schedule
-Legal ‘Z’ work visa provided
-Heath insurance provided
-Sign up bonus provided
-Contract completion bonus: 10,000 RMB
-Annual salary increase: Depends on teacher’s performance, negotiable
-12 days national holidays plus 10 paid personal holidays

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree
-120 hour TEFL certificate preferred
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
-2 years teaching experience required
-Plenty of passion and energy
