Main Responsibilities:
(1)To draft and implement import and export commodities license management system according to the adjusted state rules of license management and undertake work relevant to state trading, company designation, determining resource product of providing enterprises.
(2)To make reports and implement annual plans for import and export commodities and tariff quota; organize and implement import and export commodities quotas.
(3)To carry out and manage import and export commodities catalogues, make and implement annual plans for import and export commodities except implementing of importing industrial products, raw materials and produce.
(4)To be responsible for monitoring and analyzing international market and competitiveness of our commodities, guide enterprises to expand export.
(5)To take charge of and coordinate trademark of import and export commodities in our province for protection of intellectual property.
(6)To guide export base construction, organize and take charge of the strategy of quality and guide work relevant to export brand construction.
(7)To take charge of work of contacting and coordinating national chamber of commerce for import and export.
