On 6 March 2018, the 55th "Learning from Lei Feng Day", a volunteer activity with the theme "no uncivilized behavior" was launched in Hengyang.

CPC Hengyang Municipal Committee Standing Committee member and Publicity Department director, Liu Lihua, presented awards to five model volunteers: Zeng Huihuang, Wang Jibin, Wang Qingping, Li Chunsheng, and He Zongwu, and also participated in the activity.

Volunteers dressed in uniforms and held notice boards declaring "no uncivilized behavior" at crossroads, parks, squares, hospitals, bus stops, and along riverside. They distributed Hengyang Regulations on Managing Urban Sanitation and Environment booklets and encouraged civilized behaviors.

In recent years, volunteer services are in full swing in Hengyang. There are more than 700,000 registered volunteers and 2001 volunteer service groups. More and more people have volunteered to build a beautiful and more civilized Hengyang.
