On July 18 and 19, top 15 contestants of the 17th "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students started their two-day tour in places such as "Qingdao Sea Rice Center", "Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan District" and "iFLY TEK".
European contestant Jiang Mingsi, Oceania contestant An Ran, American contestant An Haoyu, African contestant Ding Jiaming and Asian contestant Tao Xinfu paid a visit to the IFLYTEK CO., LTD. at Hefei, Anhui Province. They said that they were very impressed about the charm of artificial intelligence and China's rapid advancement in high technology.
They experienced the artificial intelligence high-tech products such as “smart car”, “smart translator” and “the speech recognition Engine” at the company. They said that the high-tech technology is dazzling and various artificial intelligences have broadened their minds.
After the tour, the contestants will return to Changsha to continue their contest. In the next round, they will compete for the global five continent champion.
