Hunan Provincial Leaders Concern Harsh Weather Emergency Response

Heavy snow and ice has continued to affect Hunan Province since Jan. 25, 2018, causing shortage of electricity and gas supplies, as well as cancellations and delays of flights and coaches.

It was forecasted by the Meteorological Department of Hunan Province that the harsh weather will last till Jan. 30, 2018.
