On August 10, CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee Chairwoman Li Weiwei met in Changsha with China-Central and Eastern European Fund (Sino-CEEF) President and CEO Chen Aiping, and Poland Wosi Group Chairman Zeng Xiaohui.

Hunan and Poland signed a cooperation agreement on the Poland-China (Hunan) Industrial Capacity Cooperation Park this March.

Li welcomed the guests and expressed her pleasure when recalling the field visit to the industrial park site in Poland this May. She pointed out that Hunan has actively responded to the national "Belt and Road" Initiative, and made all-out efforts to implement the innovation-driven opening up strategy. The industrial park will help strengthen Hunan competitive industries, gives an impetus to Hunan enterprises’ “going global” strategy, and strengthen the cooperation between Hunan and Central and Eastern European countries (CEECs). It is an important opportunity for Hunan to further integrate into international cooperation and global industrial layout. She hoped, “The Sino-CEEF will participate in the industrial park construction, and introduce more European and American enterprises to join it.

Chen Aiping said that the Sino-CEEF will actively participate in the industrial park construction under the premise of risk control. It will provide services for enterprises to "go global", and act as a bridge between China and CEECs.
