Hunan-Guangdong Electronic Intelligent Sci-Tech Industrial Park Settles in Rucheng

On September 10th, Hunan-Guangdong Electronic Intelligent Science and Technology Industrial Park (the Park) with a total investment up to 10 billion CNY officially settled in Rucheng. The first batch of 11 enterprises including Dongguan New Sheng Group, have signed the contract to settle in, with a contracted value of 4 billion CNY. This represents another successful example of introducing business in Hunan’s industrial chain, which helps to boost local employment and promote poverty alleviation. 
 
Located at the junction of Hunan, Guangdong, and Jiangxi provinces, Rucheng County features noted advantages in its location, transportation, and environment. The Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway, Pingjiang-Rucheng Expressway, 106 national highway and provincial highway S910 all run through the county. In recent years, the county has fully exerted its advantages to accelerate industrial park construction and strengthen its efforts to attract business and investment. Presently, the initial industrial pattern of “One District, Multiple Parks”, involving industry, logistics, e-commerce, and agricultural products, has been taken shape.
 
Since May of this year, officials of the CPC Rucheng County Committee and County Government have led teams to inspect Guangdong enterprises of electronic industry association for several times. Both sides conducted in-depth communication and negotiation. It took only 4-odd months to achieve the signing and settlement of the project. 
 
It is reported that the Park plans to utilize 5,000 acres of land for production, scientific research, exhibition, logistics, and living. Rucheng strives to introduce more than 20 electronic enterprises above designated size within 6 years and transform the Park into a small town featuring electronic intelligence.
