Efforts will be made to accomplish the “Five 100” Action Plan to achieve high quality economic advancement. “Five 100” refers: building a modern industrial system by developing 100 key industrial projects, 100 scientific and technological innovation projects, and 100 major products innovations; and introducing 100 top 500 enterprises, and 100 scientific and technological innovation talents.

According to the pre-schedule summary, there are now 444 “Five 100” projects across the province, excluding the introduction plan of 100 scientific and technological innovative talents. Among them, there are 110 major industrial projects, 110 scientific and technological innovation projects, 110 major products innovation projects, and 114 Fortune Global 500 enterprises introduction plans.

Besides, there are 152 projects to be newly built as scheduled, accounting for 34.2% of the total 444 ones; 172 continued construction, accounting for 38.7%; 32 to-be-invested ones, accounting for 7.2%; and, 88 ones under discussion or to be signed, accounting for 19.8%.
