Hunan Province Participates in 2019 China Int'l Fair for Investment & Trade

The 2019 China International Fair for Investment & Trade, and the Belt and Road Investment Congress kicked off at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center on September 8. A total of 105 Hunan representatives attended. They were from the Hunan Provincial People’s Government General Office, Hunan Provincial Department of Finance, Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, Hunan Federation of Industry and Commerce, and 10 cities and prefecture including Xiangtan, Zhuzhou, and Loudi.
 
The Hunan Pavilion is located in the C112 exhibition area with an area of 160 square meters. It focuses on the “Innovation-oriented Opening up and Rise of Hunan” strategy and the “Open Hunan Welcomes You” theme, to introduce Hunan's investment policy, opening up development results, and business environment, through sound, light, electricity, LED large-screen TV walls, light boxes, pictures, and physical exhibits. 
 
It mainly displays the First China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, and the West and South Hunan Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zone achievements; the provincial port system construction; the investment projects progress; and the investment-related products, to present Hunan's sound investment environment and development potential in an all-round way.
 
The event was hosted by the China Council for International Investment Promotion and the Investment Association of China. It was organized with the theme of “Silk Road” to promote two-way investment and integration of international capital and projects. It has attracted more than 1,500 companies from over 40 countries and regions, including Serbia, Russia and Japan, to promote themselves. More than 100,000 merchants from 120 countries and regions attended.
