“Internet +Governmental Services” Platform Improved to Better Serve People

Hunan Governor Xu Dazhe chaired a special conference on the “Internet +Governmental Services” and listened to related reports on December 12, 2017. He called for building atop “Internet +Governmental Services” platform contributing to both online and offline advancement. “We should provide quality and efficient services to the masses wholeheartedly” He noted.

Hunan Provincial People’s Government Secretary General Wang Qun, General Office Director Chen Zhongbo, and Hunan Development Research Center (Hunan Provincial E-government Center) Director Bian Ying attended.

Governor Xu asked to study and implement the 19th CPC National Congress spirits to enhance political awareness. He said, “We should take ‘Internet +Governmental Services’ promotion as a major force to practicing the strategy of opening up and the rise of Hunan via innovation, and promoting the building of a beautiful prosperous and happy new Hunan.” He continued, “We should put more emphasis on the awareness of responsibilities, put more efforts on clarifying service items, optimize service processes, integrate and make full use of available resources, and avoid the phenomenon of ‘information isolated island’, in a bid to build a leading ‘Internet +Governmental Services’ platform.” “We should improve governmental service efficiency, administration level, and information network accessibility; and integrate, share, and utilize the existing resources to better serve the people.” He added.
