2. employing director who is accomplished in shooting costume film to direct this film and select actors and actresses;

3. choosing location of outdoor scenes in western Hunan;

4. raising money through market operation for film shooting. It is intended to shoot a commercial epic blockbuster through deliberate planning and superior production, top-class design of frames, music, landscape, plots, war-related scenes, etc., and by using aerial filming, computer special effects, musical composition, and other means.

Benefit assessment: It is estimated that the film distribution and box office revenue will not be less than 500 million Yuan.
