Yongzhou Huilongxu Agricultural Products Wholesale Market Construction Project

Introduction:
1. A new large fruit wholesale market is built, and it is proposed to build a trading floor covering 30,000 square meters, with a storage warehouse of 5,000 m², and an electronic transactions platform and testing and detection center are established;

2. The fresh fruit processing center is expanded, and it is proposed to build a standard plant of 20,000 m², to provide 4 sets of supporting fruit processing equipment, and to build a new storage warehouse of 6,000 m² and supporting based facilities;

3. Build a new gas cold storage with a capacity of 10, 000 tons, and 3 sets of 500,000 kcal/hours refrigerators and supporting refrigeration equipment covering 54,000 m² as well as ancillary facilities are acquired;

4. extend the farmers markets, including market expansion, shelter reconstruction, water supply and drainage system, service center building, road hardening and fire-fighting facilities.

Policy guarantee: The project planning has been completed, and the land acquisition and feasibility studies are being undertaken.

Benefit assessment: After the project is completed, the operating income is mainly from refrigeration and preservation and processing of featured agricultural fruit and vegetables, the sale of agricultural product trading center shops and warehouse processing centers, logistics information and living services. It is expected that the annual trading volume will reach 600 million Yuan, with annual operating income of 65 million Yuan and profits of 10 million Yuan. All the investment costs will be able to be recovered in 7 years.
