Introduction: 600mu land is proposed to be acquired, and a comprehensive logistics park integrated with display and trading zone, storage and logistics zone, public service zone, commercial and residential district and other functions will be built.
1. Display and trading zone: including vegetable, fruit, dry cargo, cereals, meat, livestock egg poultry, aquatic products, dry hybrid native and other agricultural products integrated trading zones;
2. Warehousing logistics zone: including high and low temperature cold storage zone, warehousing distribution zone, loading place, vehicles scheduling place, and parking lot;
3. Public service zone: including electronic unified settlement, test and detection, information service, green products show, featured products auction, security monitoring, and administrative service center, etc.;
4. Commercial and residential district: including office, apartments, catering, and entertainment and other facilities.
Policy guarantee: This project has been included one of the major projects planned by Ningyuan County during the "12th Five-year Plan", and the project approval has completed; the land acquisition and preliminary design work are currently under way.
Benefit assessment: The project covers an area of 600mu at cost price, the price spread per mu is 300,000 Yuan, and a price difference of 180 million Yuan between the market price and land price will be produced for a return on investment; the Government will achieve a gain of 86.4 million Yuan a year. The project will offer directly about 3,000 jobs, and drive relevant industries to employ about 6,000 people, thus to promote the development of the county’s economy.
