Second-stage Project of No. 320 National Road Xiangtan Beltway

Introduction: Second-stage Project of No. 320 National Road Xiangtan Beltway (Xiangtan-Xiangxiang Intercity Fast Road) begins from the west of Benchi Avenue, Jiuhua Economic Development Zone and ends at the southwest of Xiangxiang urban area. It is connected to original No. 320 National Road, and has a total length of 59.894km, the length of urban main road with width of 60m is 15.85km, and the length of first-class road with width of 24.5m is 44.044km. After the implementation of the project, Xiangtan urban area, Xiangtan County, Shaoshan City and Xiangxiang City will be connected directly, the distance between the counties will shorten greatly and it will have great impact on urban and rural development as a whole, the construction of new socialist rural areas and new urbanization construction; meanwhile, it will also promote socially and economically balanced development of Xiangtan northwest area through land intensification, land rent saving and development space improvement.  

Total investment: USD 578.13 million  

Policy support: develop value-added return construction project by using the land along the road.
