Introduction: The project site is located in Yuetang District, Xiangtan City and at the central area of “golden triangle” of the boundary of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtang, where Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and Hunan-Guizhou Railway run through 107 National Road and 320 National Road, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and Shanghai-Kunming Expressway intersect. Navigable Xiang River is surrounded in three sides, accessible to Yangtze River and ocean. It is only 30 minutes' drive from Huanghua Airport and Datuopu Airport. Therefore the traffic is convenient. The project has a planned area of 300 mu (about 200,000 ㎡) and total floorage area of 250,000 ㎡. The main constructions include indoor and outdoor exhibition zones, supporting logistics zone, conference centre, commerce and leisure zone, performing arts zone, and cultural exhibition zone.
Benefit assessment: After completion of the project, the annual sales revenue will reach 800 million Yuan, net profit will reach 150 million Yuan, and investment profitability will reach 15%. The investment payback period is 6.6 years.
