Construction Project of Huaihua Modern Storage Logistics Distribution Center

Introduction: The project site is located in Huaihua Economic Development Zone with a planned area of about 120 mu. Main construction includes:

 

(1) modern multi-layer standard warehouse with 200,000 square meters, including medicine warehouse with 30,000 square meters and and standard refrigeration storage with 30,000 square meters; 

 

(2) parking lot with 20,000 square meters and various supporting equipments related to storage logistics; 

 

(3) logistics information and settlement center with 50,000 square meters. This project plans to introduce over 100 logistics enterprises.

 

Benefit assessment: By relying on the 27 newly constructed specialized markets in economic development zone and the current situation of lacking large-scale storage facilities, the project lays emphasis on strengthening storage capacity construction, developing electronic commerce information platform, expanding and offering modern storage service. This project can reduce logistics cost effectively, improve logistics environment and promote operating efficiency and industrial competitiveness. Moreover, a trade volume of 2-5 billion yuan can be newly increased.
