Construction of Standardized Plants of Yuanling Industrial Concentration District

Introduction: Yuanling Industrial Concentration District is located in the south of the county. In order to benefit investment invitation and undertaking of industry transfer, accelerate the construction speed of the park, and help enterprises (projects) in the park effectively lower the investment cost in land, plant and supporting facilities, it is planned to construct standardized plant project in the industrial concentration district. The planned area of the project is 350 mu. Standardized plants (116,000 m²) and facilities in the plant area like roads, environmental protection facilities and firefighting facilities will be mainly constructed.

 

Policy guarantee: Planning compilation, preliminary design and feasibility study report of the project have already been completed. The project is already established. Also, the demolishing and compensation of land have been completed and the land procedures have been handled. The approval procedures of environmental assessment are being handled. Other relevant early-stage tasks are already properly prepared.
