Quality Improvement and Volume Expansion of Zixing City Dongjiang Lake Tourism Area

Introduction: The project has a planned area of 100 square kilometers, including water area of 84 square kilometers and land of 16 square kilometers. Relying on the development of existing scenic spots and areas, infrastructure construction, expanding of the volume and improvement of quality; its main construction contents are as follows:

1. Misty air walkway of Small Dongjiang: Extend walkway and construct small garden ornaments, set up lighting landscape; invite domestic top masters to create and guide small Dongjiang cultural art salon; renovate ancient pavilion along small Dongjiang.

2. Quality improvement of Longjing Valley: Develop rock climbing, high-altitude diving, bungee jumping, oxygen room, and so on.

3. Yellow Grass scenic area: Move the beginning floating point of Dongjiang drifting downward, newly construct tourism reception center and square, renovate the end drifting point wharf, and reconstruct halfway viewing points of Dongjiang drifting.  

Benefit assessment: estimating annual average of 300,000 tourists and consumption of 1,000 Yuan per capita, there will be revenue of 300 million Yuan every year, Calculating with a profit of 30%, the investment can be returned in 8 years.
