Low-E Coated Glass Production Line Construction Project

Introduction: The project is located in Songmu economic development zone of Hengyang City.  Mainly Low-E glass production line with annual capacity of 2,000,000 square meters, plant and supporting facilities will be constructed. Abundant resources like quartz sand, limestone, dolomite and albite are contained in Songmu economic development zone of Hengyang City and surrounding regions. Enterprises within the zone are capable of providing sufficient sodium carbonate and anhydrous sodium sulphate for this project. The raw materials supplied are excellent in quality and inexpensive, thus greatly lowering the production cost.  

Benefit assessment: The market application of hollow glass products is in a quick developing stage with annual growth rate of 40%. The consumption in 2012 reached 300,000,000 square meters. The annual growth rate of consumption of coated glass (including Low-E glass) exceeds 20%. After the project is put into operation, the expected annual sales revenue is 302.5 million yuan and the annual profit and tax will reach 97.5 million yuan.
